Pleased to meet you!

Dee Hall, B.A.

Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Dee, and I have been a professional bookkeeper since 2014. I was lucky enough to start my career with a security tech company on Vancouver Island that allowed me to gain incredible insight into running a business. This included managing and coaching staff, implementing an entire bookkeeping and accounting system from shoeboxes of papers and receipts, and eventually working on more complex projects like assisting with applications for SR&ED credits.

In 2016, I left my position and decided it was time to start my own business doing accounting and bookkeeping. Since then, I have worked with several clients including coffee shops, restaurants, more tech companies, non-profits and charities, artists and many more. Most of my bookkeeping clients have been with me since I first started my business, and it has been a pleasure to witness their companies grow.

I have now been able to expand my business to offer personal tax services. I am passionate about taking complex things like tax, and explaining things simply in ways that people can understand and access.

Currently, I am completing my Post Degree Diploma in Accounting with Camosun College, and have the intention of beginning the CPA program once I complete the program. In addition to my personal business, I also currently work at a local accounting firm under the supervision of a CPA.
